The missions entrusted to a-rr. are as follows:

– analysis of activity surfaces in terms of location and sizing,

– analysis of rent levels for different uses,

– analysis of the envisioned users for the ground floor spaces and formulation of possible complementary proposals and

– highlighting the impacts on the buildings in terms of design (vertical circulation, levels, geometry, flexibility of surfaces, ramps and delivery docks, technical ducts, etc.).
