The hard-surfaced character of the central square complements and works with the majestic natural environment that surrounds the site. Using this contrast, the project intends to enhance the two ambiences by organising the landscaping accordingly.

The project is located at the south-east of the complex, leaving a central space that becomes the centre of social life at the Plaines des Marches. The project does not prioritise any of the various sports disciplines present but helps to link them in a balanced way with this new centrality. Through its strategic position, the project organises its context. This clarity allows for an optimal cohabitation of the different uses.
