The new building consists of a juxtaposition of four independent units, offering a common space for the four entities located on the ground floor with unobstructed views of the surrounding landscape.

The atypical geometry of the roof provides the impression of four separate ‘houses,’ when in reality the establishment operates as a single building. This small scale was designed to provide a sense of security to the residents of the establishment. Each two ‘houses’ consist of a group of 13 bedrooms, a common living space and are linked by the care units. All rooms face west so that residents can enjoy unobstructed views of the valley whilst preserving the privacy when residents are in their room.
