SHOPS – RESIDENTIAL – OFFICES ON HISTORIC SITE

One of this project’s challenges was the redefinition of the central area of Porrentruy as part of a zone of ‘national importance in the Inventory of Swiss Heritage Sites’ (ISOS).
The new building complex generates a connection between the shopping centre and the city through a building morphology that opens up onto a square. A central atrium links the different shops and activities levels.
Residential use tops the building to create a blend of functionalities.
