This construction is on the edge of the centre of Rolle. The project comprises three residential buildings and a common underground carpark.
The layout allows for intimate private gardens through the assignment of different levels and the creation of a park for the residents.
The challenge is to propose efficiently designed buildings that fulfil their role as shared property housing using a contemporary language that appeals to buyers, as well as a rational layout and detailing to guarantee the costs of construction.
