From naming and concept, to retail and identity creation, a-rr., in collaboration with WIP design, developed the complete brand universe for CUT, a new take-away restaurant by the Eldora Group.

CUT (Cuisine Urbaine & Traditionnelle) offers freshly made sandwiches, salads and snacks to students and visitors to the new Swiss Tech Convention Centre on the EPFL campus in Switzerland.

Their innovative attitude towards a sustainable business model and fresh local produce had to be reflected throughout the entire customer experience, as well as a hand-illustrated, four-metre-high ‘Food Theory’ wall in the dining area.
