TRANSFORMATION OF OFFICES - SHOPS - RESTAURANTS - CAR PARK

bloom lausanne

This project embodies sustainable architecture SNBS Gold, combining environmental performance, architectural quality and long-term commercial value. It focuses on the transformation of office spaces, retail areas, façades and outdoor environments, with a clear ambition to meet the highest sustainability standards.

A refined façade design and the careful redesign of entrance and reception areas give the project a strong and contemporary identity. The architecture is clear, elegant and legible, enhancing the visibility and attractiveness of the site within its urban context.

The spaces are designed to be highly flexible. They respond to the evolving needs of owners, operators and tenants, while supporting efficient and dynamic leasing strategies. Spatial clarity and functional simplicity define the overall layout.

At the heart of the project lies a generous central hub dedicated to life and reception. Surrounded by retail spaces, this shared area naturally connects the four office towers. It creates a vibrant focal point and encourages interaction, orientation and ease of movement across the site.

Each building is organised around static central cores that concentrate all technical and service functions. This configuration frees up the floor plates and allows for maximum planning freedom. Office layouts can be easily adapted to different uses, sizes and working models.

Special attention has been given to user well-being. Abundant natural light, comfortable spatial proportions and high-quality interior environments contribute to a positive and productive working atmosphere. The design supports both daily comfort and long-term sustainability.

Through a responsible design approach and precise architectural choices, the project fully reflects the principles of sustainable architecture SNBS Gold. It balances environmental responsibility, spatial flexibility and user comfort, while meeting the expectations of today’s commercial real estate market.
